Hi again, as you previously might have read in previous posts I recommended the book "Acne free in three days". Well, let me tell you why I recommend you to read it. When I got my first acne outbreak I was under an big depression and I would do anything to get rid of all those ugly red zits on my face. So, I went online and desperately bought all kind of "Get rid of acne eBooks" and spent days reading them. Hours and hours past and after three weks I've tried every single method listed in these books and not even one worked, yes it is true, not even one.

One month after that I became nuts because I was so frustated and irritated due to my acne. It was like the only thing I could think about was it. My friend Jenny could clearly see that I had some problems and she told me that there is a really helpful e-Book called "Acne free in three days". Well, I actually didn't believe her but as it was my last hope to get rid of it I went online and searched for the book on Google. I bought it, went to bed with my laptop and spent around three hours to read it. When I was done reading it I actually started to believe that it was possible to get rid of the suffering, there was actually methods in that book I've never seen before and I really believed in them.

The next day I started to try this methods out and as it was stated in the book my acne would be gone in three days if I applicated these methods everyday. And wow I gotta tell you that I was shocked, the second day when I woke up I saw results. I don't think I've been that happy on a really long time, it was like magic. All of a sudden 70% of my zits were vanished. I am not done yet, guess what happened the third day? Yes, it is true. My acne were completly gone, of course I could see some marks it had left behind but I actually looked quite good in the face. My last words are, THANK YOU CHRIS GIBSON FOR CREATING SUCH A GREAT METHOD TO CURE ACNE! I'LL ALWAYS BE IN FAVOUR FOR YOU!

Oh, I thought that I could show you an image on the magic this book perfomed on me:

If you are interested in reading the book visit this page, I really recommend you to do that if you suffer from acne:

Hello everybody, my name is Jim and welcome to my blog Well, first of all I want to declare that this blog is about how I became acne free on three days!. I'll write about acne treatment and how to cure acne. Me myself have been sufering from acne during some periods and I know how it feels.

The problem with acne is that you loss your self-confidence, for example, my dear friend was going to ask a girl he really likes out but the next day he woke up with two zits and due to that he didn't dare to show up at the work and ask her out. How does that sound? Silly, I know.

However, I created this blog because I want to help other people get rid of their acne. And I also like to write, it is actually really funny when you write about something you are an expert in. Yes, I actually think I can call myself an "acne expert" because I've spent a long time reading a book called "Acne free in three days". The book contains alot of measures you can do at home to get rid of your acne in days. The most amazing part is that the methods in the book work, I've tried them during an acne outbreak and I actually managed to get rid of my acne in THREE DAYS!

Well, enough writing I am going to bed.

Ciao,
Jim

What is Acne?

Acne is affecting people at most during adolescence, over 85% of teenagers, & frequently continues in to adulthood gets affected by acne. An increase of male sex hormones (which both genders produce during puberty) is usually the cause of the acne being so common in the adolescence, For most people, acne diminishes over time & tends to disappear—or at the very least decrease—after eight reaches one's early twenties. there is, however, no way to predict how long it will take to disappear entirely, & some individuals will over this condition well in to their thirties, forties & beyond.

Acne vulgaris (usually called acne) is a usual skin condition, the cause of acne is changes in the pilosebaceous units, skin structures consisting of a hair follicle & its associated sebaceous gland by androgen stimulation. it is characterized by noninflammatory follicular papules or comedones & by inflammatory papules, pustules, & nodules in its more severe forms. Acne vulgaris affects the areas of skin with the densest population of sebaceous follicles; these areas include the face, the upper part of the chest, & the back. Severe acne is inflammatory, but acne can also manifest in noninflammatory forms. Acne lesions are commonly referred to as pimples, blemishes, spots, zits, or acne.

The face & upper neck are the most commonly affected, but the chest, back & shoulders may have acne as well. The upper arms can also have acne, but lesions found there's often keratosis pilaris, not acne. Typical acne lesions are comedones, inflammatory papules, pustules & nodules. a quantity of the large nodules were previously called "cysts" & the term nodulocystic has been used to explain severe cases of inflammatory acne.

Aside from scarring, its main effects are psychological, such as reduced self-esteem &, according to at least eight study, depression or suicide. Acne usually appears during adolescence, when people already tend to be most socially insecure. Early & aggressive treatment is therefore advocated by some to lessen the overall impact to individuals.

I recommend you reading the e-Book "Acne Free in Three Days" if you want to learn more about acne and how to cure it fast.
